Please read carefully before booking with FP Mobile Detailing Ltd.

1. Booking & Deposits

All bookings require a £30 deposit payable to FP Mobile Detailing Ltd. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new booking if at least 48 hours notice is given for cancellations. In such cases, your deposit will be held until a suitable rebooking is arranged.

2. Payment

Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.

3. Before We Begin

Please ensure all personal items are removed from your vehicle prior to our arrival. Our listed prices serve as guidelines only. Additional charges may apply for excessive soiling, pet hair, vomit, bodily fluids, or any condition requiring significant extra time or effort.

4. Location Requirements

In compliance with our insurance policy, services can only be carried out in safe, suitable locations. We do not operate on main roads, public car parks (without written permission), or in hazardous conditions, including adverse weather that could compromise safety or equipment. We require adequate parking for our van and sufficient space to fully open all doors of your vehicle.

5. Self-Sufficiency

We are fully self-sufficient and do not require access to electricity or water at your location.

6. Liability

Failure to meet any of the above conditions may result in you being liable for the full cost of the agreed service.
